TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. KL Rush Explorace 2017 will be held on:
    Date: 26 Feb 2017 (Sunday)
    Time: 7.00am
    Venue: VIP Parking Area, Menara Kuala Lumpur
  2. KL Rush Explorace 2017 is open to citizens of all nationalities and only the first 150 teams that register in accordance to the terms and conditions will be eligible to participate.
  3. Each team shall consist of 4 persons aged 18 and above, however participants below 17 years old must be accompanied by their eligible guardian aged 18 and above, and must obtain parent/guardian permission.
  4. Each team member MUST be in a good healthy and fit to participate in this event.
  5. Only teams that comply with the conditions of participation will be eligible to take part in the race.
  6. Each team member MUST wear the KL Rush Explorace 2017 T-shirt with race number (wristband) throughout the race and will be disqualified if they fail to do so.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right without assigning ay reason therefore to disqualify and/or impose penalty points on any team found to have been:-
    a) In breach of these Rules and Regulations
    b) Cheating in any manner
    c) Providing false and/or incomplete information
    d) Unable to complete the race within the stipulated time
  8. Each entry form has to be accompanied with an entry fee of RM250.00 (Inclusive of RM10.00 Online Fee)
  9. Incomplete entry forms will be rejected. NO REFUND will be made for incorrect or multiple entries or participants who wish to withdraw from the competition.
  10. All registered participants will be issued a receipt as proof of registration and this should be produced during the collection of running tags. Incomplete entries, i.e not accompanied with fees, will be rejected. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
  11. Participants are encouranged to register online (22 December 2016 onwards) at www.klrush.com or alternatively personally submit their entry fees to:

    Manual registration from 15 Dec to 8 Jan 2017 will only be held at Menara Kuala Lumpur – 9.00am to 5.30pm.
  12. All cash prize winners MUST produce their identity card (Malaysia) or passport for age verification at the Secretariat Centre before collecting their prizes.
  13. Each team will be assigned a number and the starter pack during the registration and required to produce the official receipt when collecting their goodies bags at:

  14. The Organizer reserves the right to photograph any participant and/or use their personal particulars and photograph for promotion and publicity purposes, at any time without prior notice or consent.
  15. The Rules & Regulations, may be added to or amended at the discretion of the Organizer. Any additions and amendments to the Rules and Regulations, and the interpretation thereof, and the decision of the Organizer in all matters concerning the competition shall be final and binding on all participants.
  16. Each team agrees that the Organizer and Sponsor shall be entitled to the first right of refusal to use any contestant as talent in ads or for product endorsement for promotion purposes,
  17. The Organizer and Menara KL Sdn Bhd reserve all rights in and to the images and videos captured during the event for promotional use via TV commercials, print, web media and/or any other type of media.
  18. All entries MUST be on the prescribed forms. Photocopies of entry form are also accepted. Entry forms are also available at Muzium Telekom and in our website: www.menarakl.com.my.
  19. All participants are allowed to use public transportation. Public transportation DOES NOT include Grabcar, Uber, personal car, bicycle, motorcycle or any other mode of private transportation. The use of personal car or other vehicle, bicycle or motorcycle or any other mode of transport other than public transportation shall be immediate disqualification.
